Over 35 Reformer courses per week in small groups with a maximum of 8 participants and free use of shower towels, shampoo and magnesium water. The Reformer is a bed-like device familiar from Pilates. It promotes strength, flexibility and balance through a movable platform with spring-supported resistance. The training is shown on large screens so that the coach can be 100% there for the participants. Easy online booking and payment for members and spontaneous visitors.
