swiss active is the industry association for fitness providers that represents the interests of every provider in the industry, regardless of their organizational form as a course provider, individual center or chain operator. The association represents more than 550 locations in Switzerland and is a member of Swiss Olympic and the European fitness association Europe Active. swiss active has set itself the goal of developing the health and fitness industry sustainably and constructively in a joint dialog.
swiss active is actively and cooperatively committed to safeguarding and promoting the common interests of fitness centers and course providers and is in contact with relevant institutions and political decision-makers at federal and cantonal level. The association is involved in professional training and further education as well as in quality management. swiss active is the holder of the Qualitop quality label, the best-known label for quality assurance in the exercise and health promotion industry.
