Breathing coordination aims to optimize breathing movements. It is aimed at people with lung damage, athletes, speakers and singers. It was originally developed in the USA and aims to minimize effort while maximizing results. It is aimed at singers, athletes and people with breathing problems.
What is your motivation for being a member of swiss active?
Our method, which originally comes from the world of singing, enables you to access your own breathing potential. It is used by athletes, musicians and people with Covid long.
How do you think the exercise and fitness industry will change in the future? What will the future studio look like?
BCP more prevention, we believe that “everything medical” has its limits and that prevention can help enormously.
