The German College for Prevention and Health Management is conducting a survey together with IG Fitness Switzerland from June 4 to 18, 2021, to shed light on the Swiss fitness market. The results are intended to provide the fitness industry, as well as interested parties outside the industry, with a comprehensive overview of current developments overall and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Aim of the survey
The aim of the survey is to provide the fitness market in Switzerland with greater transparency: How are the centers structured in terms of size and positioning in the Swiss fitness market? What role do which services play in the centers’ service portfolios? What is the usage behavior of the members?
Your added value with participation
By taking part, you can help to shape the industry’s “calling card”, because we are much more than a leisure industry – we are an important healthcare services industry. The results of the survey will be presented clearly and will also be accessible to you. Insights into the corona crisis and the associated closures, the range of services and communication with members can be drawn from this. Finally, the aim is also to generate recommendations for action for similar situations in the future, such as how to structure provider-member interaction so that the success factor is as high as possible.
