What services does Tina Rüegsegger offer?
As a personal trainer and Fitdankbaby trainer, I work with the Fitdankbaby fitness concept. The concept is for mom, geared to the needs of her baby. Your baby is actively involved and at the same time benefits from the many games and songs. Moms can train effectively while having fun. I offer courses from the age of 3 months until the children are no longer having fun. After that, of course, you can also train without children.
What is your motivation for being a member of swiss active?
I am proud that swiss active, as a professional and representative industry association, also offers me, as a personal trainer and Fitdankbaby provider, the opportunity to be a member. I am very pleased to have a strong partner at my side that not only takes into account large fitness chains and commercial fitness centers and offers a platform.
How do you think the exercise and fitness industry will change in the future? What will the future studio look like?
I believe that health is becoming increasingly important these days, especially after or during pregnancy. The industry is becoming broader and niche offers will find their place. That’s why it’s important that we have individual programs that cater to all target groups. This does not mean that one center has to cover everything – but that it is important that there are offers for the individual target groups, such as Fitdankbaby.
