How do you think the exercise and fitness industry will change in the future? What will the future studio look like?

The training experience must increasingly be tailored to the members. The intrinsic goals of members play a decisive role in ensuring that they remain members for longer and train more frequently. However, this is only possible if they train in a motivating gym. In a world dominated by technology, the training experience is very important for members to feel comfortable. Training atmosphere, safety and hygiene are the main contributors to this. They also expect excellent service. This is the only way they will recommend the offer to others. Fitness customers are open-minded and most want the service of a facility and staff who know how to solve and meet their needs. But customer loyalty with more flexible subscriptions and contract types will also become increasingly important in the future.
