How do you think the exercise and fitness industry will change in the future? What will the future studio look like?
The fitness industry is changing through technology, sustainability and trends. Smart devices, AI trainers and wearables are personalizing workouts. Studios are focusing on environmentally friendly solutions, hybrid models combine online and on-site training. Gyms are evolving into health and wellness centers with training, recovery and nutrition. Fitness offers are already combining festivals, for example in the USA with HYROX competitions and music, such as at the Miami Beach Fitness Festival with races, wellness and concerts.
