What services does MARISKO / Sitio GmbH offer?
Studio MARISKO offers weekly personal training sessions for small groups: Yoga, TRX, or Fusion HIIT. With a balanced mix, she shows different ways to achieve more strength, endurance, flexibility, a good balance of body and mind and good posture. And thus also better health and balance in life. Her goal: high-quality lessons that feel good for everyone.
What is your motivation for being a member of swiss active?
Promoting and teaching a wide range of high-quality exercise routines is important in order to integrate sport and exercise into our lives in a sustainable and long-term way. As the owner of a small, officially certified exercise studio, I am delighted to be recognized as a member of swiss active.
How do you think the exercise and fitness industry will change in the future? What will the future studio look like?
Taking care of our mental and physical well-being is becoming more and more conscious. Quick changes are rarely sustainable. Every change is subject to a process that requires patience, motivation, awareness and joy in order to consolidate the desired change. In the exercise and fitness industry, the focus on achieving a holistic approach through different training programs is becoming increasingly important.
