What services does GYYM Health & Fitness AG offer?
The GYYM combines fitness, health and digitalization on 3,700 m²: from modern training and versatile courses to physio, medical massages and recovery offers. Our community is at the center of this. We create space for real encounters, individual development and sustainable health, supported by smart tools and personal guidance.
What is the motivation to be a member of swiss active?
As an innovative provider, we value active industry exchange. swiss active offers a platform for networking, visibility and current topics in the Swiss fitness world. Regular dialog helps us to help shape standards and further develop GYYM as a modern health & fitness center.
How do you think the exercise and fitness industry will change in the future? What will the future studio look like?
Studios of the future are rethinking health – hybrid, interdisciplinary and data-based. Training is becoming more personalized, recovery is gaining in importance. The GYYM is already following this path today: with smart infrastructure, medical connections and an environment that combines performance, prevention and community.
