How do you think the exercise and fitness industry will change in the future? What will the future studio look like?

For owner Ayhan Türküm, it is clear that in future it will be the “strong” providers in the respective segment that will survive on the market – these must score points with customers, particularly with the expertise of their employees. He says: “When it comes to individual (healthy) customer care, the entire fitness and health industry needs to become more professional. Everyone involved in the fitness industry needs to step up their game and look at their own noses if they want to be taken seriously by the public, health insurers and insurance companies.”
