What services does Das Loft Groupfitness offer?
“The Loft” is a place of the power of consciousness and joy. A central meeting place for people who like to be in harmony with body and mind. Here you can train at your own pace and fall in love with fitness training in a group. At “Das Loft” you can expect a variety of high-quality workouts to modern music and in a great community. Strength, endurance and coordination – various Les Mills programs ranging from gentle body balance and body pump to high-intensity body combat. The program is rounded off with YOGA and TRX courses.
What is your motivation for being a member of swiss active?
For swiss active, togetherness is extremely important – just as it is for us. We are committed to more community, health and sustainability. We want to do this as an officially certified company. Hence the desire to become part of swiss active. It was also clear that we should strive for the Qualitop label for quality, safety and cleanliness: It creates trust in our company.
How do you think the exercise and fitness industry will change in the future? What will the future studio look like?
Health equals a high quality of life: feeling good and healthy is the new, desirable goal in life. Keeping physically and mentally fit has become even more important to people as a result of the pandemic. This is a huge opportunity for our industry.
