What services does atelier mond gmbh / studio mond offer?
studio mond is a mindful yoga studio in Appenzellerland that creates space for conscious movement, breathing and inner balance. The focus is on modern interpretations of yoga styles – flowing, powerful as well as calm, regenerative practices – that appeal to body and mind in equal measure. The offer is complemented by workshops and retreats that invite you to deepen your own practice. Studio mond is all about finding your own rhythm through movement and breathing.
What is the motivation to be a member of swiss active?
My top priority is to offer my clients the best possible quality – in terms of support, atmosphere and teaching. As a member of swiss active, I can ensure that I am constantly developing, exchanging ideas with like-minded people and being part of a movement that stands for high standards and responsible offers in the health and exercise industry.
How do you think the exercise and fitness industry will change in the future? What will the future studio look like?
I am convinced that quality and mindfulness in movement go hand in hand. As a member of swiss active, I want to be part of a community that is committed to professional standards – and at the same time sees people as a whole. It is important to me to offer my participants a safe, well-founded and inspiring environment.
