I offer individualized coaching that combines practical experience, proven methods and constant adaptation to the needs of each person. In contrast to standardized offers, I attach great importance to: True individualization: each program is tailor-made and takes into account the person’s abilities, goals and lifestyle. A balanced approach: I focus on the harmony between performance, well-being and injury prevention by incorporating principles from physiology, mental preparation and functional strengthening into my program. A guidance on any terrain: outdoors, at home, in the gym or remotely, depending on the client’s needs and preferences.

My goal? To offer more than just a program: high-quality support based on exchange, sustainable progress and respect for the particularities of each person.

What is the motivation to be a member of swiss active?

My motivation for joining swiss active is to be part of a network that is committed to promoting professional, safe and high quality coaching. As a Qualitop-certified coach, I want to contribute to the development of the industry, exchange ideas with other professionals and develop within a structured framework that is based on best practice in fitness and health sports.

How will the exercise and fitness industry change in the future? What will the future studio look like?

I believe that the fitness training of the future will be more personalized, connected and integrated into the health sector.
