What is your motivation to be a member of swiss active – CI Fitness Switzerland?

Ayhan Türküm, the owner of Phoenix Fitness, hopes that membership of swiss active – CI Fitness Switzerland will result in professional cooperation and solid social recognition. The whole team from the Phoenix fitness center is pleased to be a member of the swiss active industry association – IG Fitness Schweiz, which deliberately represents the interests of every provider in the industry, regardless of the organizational form as a course provider, individual center or chain operator.

What do you think, how will the exercise and fitness industry change in the future? What does the future studio look like?

For owner Ayhan Türküm, it is clear that in the future it is above all the «strong» providers in the respective segment that will survive on the market – they must score particularly well with the customers with the expertise of their employees. He says: «When it comes to individual (healthy) customer care, the entire fitness and health industry has to become more professional. Everyone involved in the fitness industry has to step up a gear and take it easy if you want to be taken seriously by the people, health insurers and insurance companies.»
