CI Fitness Switzerland with a new brand identity

The decision has been made and those who were present at the general meeting on 3 June 2021 have already been informed! CI Fitness is changing its brand to swiss active.

Swiss active stands for…

… a strong brand in the Swiss fitness and health industry.

… the new (and old) home of all quality providers in health, fitness and wellness.

… the common Swiss way against inactivity.

… the strongest movement for health, fitness and wellness.

The red triangle with the Swiss cross stands for an unconventional Swiss way with a clear attitude, with rough edges. In the dynamic figure, the curved body abstractly represents the influence of activated muscles on health and thus symbolises an active lifestyle overall. With the name «swiss active» we combine the Swiss way and the active lifestyle and integrate ourselves into the Swiss sports association landscape as well as into the umbrella organisation «EuropeActive». The origin and the name of the association Interessengemeinschaft Fitness Schweiz will continue to be communicated in the logo, but in a subordinate way.

The closer networking with the fitness industry, but also with relevant stakeholders in the private and public health market in Switzerland and Europe, which has been driven forward in recent months, will now be continued with the same vigour.

Study – The Swiss fitness industry as of June 2021

The German University for Prevention and Health Management, together with CI Fitness Switzerland, will conduct a survey from June 4th to 18th, 2021 inclusive, to shed light on the Swiss fitness market. The results are intended to provide the fitness industry, as well as those outside the industry, with a comprehensive overview of current developments as a whole and of the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
