Neurotraining – more than just a trend?

Comprehensive application of neurotraining: a new approach that looks at the human being holistically and starts where promotion enables the client to exercise for life, which is undoubtedly a goal of the fitness and health industry.

Eric Cobb has developed what he calls the 9S model. This model of neurotraining is an extension of sport development models from the former Soviet Union and Canada. Each client is the focus of attention and is referred to as an athlete, which is also how they are viewed when it comes to care. In order to promote certain movements, the trainer takes into account as many systems as possible that are involved in the movement, such as the equilibrium organ and self-awareness, in order to achieve the greatest possible effect.
